Cookies Policy

All personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This document contains additional information on the use of cookies.

We use technologies such as cookies to make the use our website easier and to customize its content, so as to make it more relevant to you. We will then explain as clearly as possible what cookies are, what they are used for, the categories of cookies we use, their duration and how you can manage their use.

1.         WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a web page. A cookie usually contains the name of the website of origin, its duration (i.e. the length of time the cookie will remain on your device) and a value (which is usually a randomly generated unique number). The information collected does not identify the user, only the computer used.

The use of this type of technology is common practice, it does not harm the users’ equipment and the different browsers allow each user to have the possibility of refusing its use and/or to proceed with the deletion of those that have already been stored.

2.         WHAT ARE COOKIES USED FOR?

Cookies are used to improve the user’s browsing experience, increasing the speed and efficiency of response and eliminating the need to repeatedly enter the same information. There are different categories of cookies, with different purposes and different storage periods.

3.         WHAT CATEGORIES OF COOKIES DO WE USE?

The cookies we use on our website can be categorized as follows:

  • Necessary cookies: they are necessary for the functioning of our website and so that the user can fully enjoy the features that we make available through it. Without these cookies, our website does not work as smoothly for the user as we would like and some of its features may even not work properly.
  • Analysis cookies: they allow the monitoring and analysis of the behavior of users of the websites to which they are linked. The information collected through this type of cookies is used to measure the activity of the websites, applications or platforms and to develop navigation profiles of the users of these websites, applications and platforms, with the aim of introducing improvements in the user data analysis function for the users of the service;
  • Functionality cookies: they store the user’s preferences regarding the use of the website, so that it is not necessary to configure the website again each time you visit it;

  • Third-party cookies: they measure the success of applications and the effectiveness of third-party advertising. They can also be used to customize a widget with user data;
  • Advertising cookies: they direct advertising according to the interests of each user, in order to target advertising campaigns taking into account the tastes of users, and also limit the number of times you see the ad, helping to measure the effectiveness of advertising and the success of website organization;
  • Security cookies: they prevent fraudulent use of login credentials and protect user data from unauthorized third parties.

4.         What is the duration of the use of cookies?

As far as duration is concerned, we may use two types of cookies on our website:

  • Session cookies: these cookies are temporary and are only stored on your equipment until you leave our website; or
  • Permanent Cookies: these cookies remain on your equipment for longer periods of time (depending on the “lifetime” of the specific cookie or according to the parameters set in the browser) or until you manually delete them.

5.         How can I manage the use of cookies?

The user has, at all times, the possibility of configuring his or her browser in order to allow, block or delete, individually or entirely, the cookies installed on his or her equipment by configuring the options of the browser he or she uses.

The “Help” section of your browser should provide information on how to manage the cookie settings directly in your browser. Learn how this works in your browser here:

You should be aware that by disabling or deleting cookies, our website may not function properly.

6.         Changes to this Policy

We may occasionally need to update this Policy. We will be careful to notify you if relevant changes are made. However, we ask you to regularly consult this document to ensure that you are aware of its most up-to-date version.
