This article analyzes the consequences of the prohibition of the abdicative remission of labour claims, after the termination of the employment contract, resulting from the amendment made by Law 13/2023, of April 3, to Section 337 of the Labour Code.

O presente artigo analisa as consequências da proibição da remissão abdicativa dos créditos laborais, após a extinção do contrato de trabalho, resultante da alteração efectuada pela Lei 13/2023, de 3 de Abril, ao art. 337º do Código do Trabalho.
