The popularly called Statute on «the work for tomorrow», newly enacted in Germany, has a very high comparative interest from the Spanish point of view. It is aimed at enhancing the digital alphabetization of the German manpower, as well as improving the efficacy of the German model of public services of employment. It places Germany in an ideal position for getting and implementing economic resources coming from the so-called «Recovery plan for Europe».
