Procura-se, com a presente análise, compatibilizar as regras gerais do Código de Processo Civil sobre o valor da causa com o regime próprio do processo do trabalho.

The purpose of this text is to reflect on the special rules of labour procedure regarding the value of the claim, integrating them into the values of this procedural branch, characterised by low-cost justice.
The aim of this analysis is to make the general rules of the Code of Civil Procedure on the value of the claim compatible with the rules of the labour procedure.
